Corridor raises $25M for AI benefits brokerage
Corridor launched an AI health-benefits brokerage for small businesses with a $25 million seed round led by Bain Capital Ventures. TechCrunch reports that the platform pairs human advisers with agents that compare plans, check doctor networks, and schedule care; Corridor’s site describes its benefits-advisory service. The operator signal is not another general chatbot: small-account service work is being packaged as an agent-plus-human operating model, so buyers should measure administrative minutes and coverage errors before outsourcing benefits decisions. That complements the archive’s warning that AI-employee cost evidence covers only one of eight roles.
