Bessemer closes $5.75B across two AI funds
Bessemer Venture Partners closed $5.75 billion across two funds: $1.75 billion for seed and early-stage companies and $4 billion for growth. In its fund announcement, the firm says it has backed more than 260 AI-native companies since 2022 and invested over $3 billion across the stack. Founders should read this as deeper financing supply—and a higher proof bar for competing AI startups—not as evidence that demand has arrived; Accel’s $3.5B early-stage fundraise shows selection, not customer pull.
