EdgeCortix specifies a 3.36 PFLOPS AI chiplet
EdgeCortix unveiled RAIDEN, a four-die physical-AI chiplet whose X4 configuration is specified at up to 3.36 PFLOPS of FP4 compute, 256 GB of memory, and 6.4 Tb/s of chip-to-chip connectivity. The Japanese fabless company says customer sampling starts in early 2027 and volume production in the second half of 2027, so these remain architecture claims rather than shipped capacity. Hardware teams evaluating robotic or on-prem inference can file RAIDEN as a future thick-edge option alongside the economics of custom inference silicon.
