Grab and OpenAI train 30,000 partners

Grab and OpenAI launched GO Forward with AI to train 30,000 driver-, delivery-, and merchant-partners across Southeast Asia over two years, starting in Singapore, Grab’s announcement says. The programme includes half-day masterclasses, train-the-trainer delivery, and three months of ChatGPT Plus; Grab says its existing Driver AI Assistant has already reached nearly 500,000 drivers.
