Vercel Sandbox adds 1 TiB persistent Drives

Vercel’s Sandbox Drives add persistent storage for agent workspaces, with a 1 TiB default maximum, a 16 TiB configurable ceiling, and up to four Drives per sandbox. Vercel’s public-beta announcement lists iad1 rates of $0.05 per GB-month for storage, $0.0015 per GB read, and $0.004 per GB write; point-in-time snapshots let parallel sandboxes read a stable copy. Builders moving agents beyond ephemeral runs should budget persistence and region pinning alongside the archive’s agent-history storage analysis, not mistake durable disks for durable business outcomes.
