Semaphore trims agent CI responses by 99%

Semaphore’s sem-ai 0.4.0 release cuts default pipeline response size by approximately 99%, giving coding agents smaller CI/CD context while adding context switching and pre-flight checks. The release notes describe an open-source interface for diagnosing failures, running tests, and enforcing branch policies from agent workflows. That makes CI a practical verification layer for coding agents, extending the archive’s earlier test-and-merge boundary rather than a reason to let agents ship unchecked.
