ElevenLabs v4 brings expressive speech to 90 languages

ElevenLabs launched Eleven v4 and v4 Turbo, with both models supporting more than 90 languages and Turbo reporting a median time to first speech of about 150 milliseconds. The official release also adds expressive audio tags, cross-language voice identity, and instant voice cloning from 10 seconds of audio, while noting that its latency test removed network time.
