FFR values Faraday robotics deal at $200M

AIxCrypto, which plans to rename itself FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem, signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire Faraday Future’s robotics business for an expected $200 million in stock. Faraday Future’s SEC filing says the deal remains subject to definitive agreements, a fairness opinion, approvals, and an expected fourth-quarter 2026 close; the filing also identifies it as a related-party transaction. The transaction release says the business had shipped 552 robots and recorded about $1.52 million in cumulative revenue by August. Operators should file this as a financing-and-governance signal—not shipped capacity—until the deal closes and the unit economics survive diligence; Faraday’s AI scientist work shows the older product bet this transaction is trying to capitalize.
