Applied Digital brings 250 MW online

Applied Digital says it brought an additional 75 MW of AI infrastructure online at Polaris Forge 1, lifting the campus to 250 MW of operational critical IT load across three 25 MW data halls. The company’s October 2 release says the fully leased campus is contracted to reach 400 MW at full buildout, but a ready-for-service hall is not the same thing as delivered GPU capacity. That is the same supply distinction in Crusoe’s $3.9B capacity analysis: buyers need site, hardware, network, and acceptance evidence in one chain. Operators should file 75 MW as a real infrastructure milestone, then ask what portion is commissioned for their workload before counting it as available inference.
