UK accepts all 44 healthcare AI recommendations

The UK government accepted all 44 recommendations from the National Commission on AI in Healthcare in its response published on 6 October, setting initial delivery priorities and next steps. The response starts implementation planning; it is not itself a new binding rule. Clinical AI developers should watch for the evidence requirements that emerge, since AMIE’s 300-consultation result still needs a clinical evidence gate.
