Flai raised a $27 million Series A as its AI platform booked more than 50,000 dealership appointments a month across sales and service. The company says it now serves hundreds of dealerships, including more than 20% of the top 50 dealer groups. Dealers assessing AI phone agents should check completed appointments and downstream conversion before translating booking volume into revenue, the same denominator discipline RealAssist’s launch figures require.
