Vinci raises $250M for physics AI
Vinci raised $250 million in a Series B at a $1.5 billion valuation to expand its AI platform for hardware engineering. Its funding announcement says the product combines agentic orchestration, a physics foundation model, and GPU-native kernels to make solver-accurate simulation available while designs are still changing. Vinci says it already runs production programs across thermal, thermo-mechanical, and fluid behavior, with manufacturing-scale analyses that once took hours or days finishing in minutes. The raise gives semiconductor teams another physics-first design tool to evaluate, alongside the funding and shipping constraints facing chip-AI vendors.
