Wajo reports 10x growth as agent trust gets tested
Wajo says its Fo personal agent is being used in 107 countries and has grown 10x since its late-September launch, but disclosed no user count, according to TechCrunch. The agent can pay through a virtual card, make calls, and bring a human into tasks; TechCrunch’s reporter saw an airline call succeed but found disclosure unclear on a personal call. That makes outbound-call disclosure and recipient-level permission controls practical acceptance tests for any personal agent, rather than relying on a safety-first pitch. The Ghost Core hardware test asks whether a local assistant earns its purchase price; Fo raises the parallel question of whether an agent earns authority to act.
